Our Treatment Process
Our Treatments
Dr. Nagy will create a customized treatment plan based on an individual's
condition and goals. Dr. Nagy will use a variety of treatment modalities to decrease pain and increase function. Below are examples of treatment's that Dr. Nagy may use to aid in your recovery.

Chiropractic Adjustment
A hands-on technique used by chiropractors to address musculoskeletal issues. Through precise and controlled movements, chiropractors apply force to specific joints, aiming to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall function. This non-invasive therapy promotes natural healing and restores balance to the body's structure.

Rehabilitative Exercise
Rehabilitative exercise is a crucial component of care that is aimed at restoring function and mobility. Tailored to individual needs, these exercises help strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance overall physical well-being, facilitating a smoother path to recovery.

Vibration Therapy
Vibration therapy is a treatment used to prepare muscles and joints for manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise. Patients find it to be very comfortable and relaxing. Vibration therapy works by enhancing proprioception, which allows your brain and body to know where your joints are in space.

Patient Education
We empower individuals with knowledge about their musculoskeletal health. Through personalized guidance and informative resources, we strive to equip patients with the understanding and tools necessary to actively participate in their wellness journey and make informed decisions about their care.

Soft Tissue Therapy
A variety of soft tissue techniques will be used to decrease tightness, remove adhesion, and increase blood flow to muscles. Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, cupping, muscle stripping and basic massage techniques are just a few of the tools Dr. Nagy may use in your treatment process.
